Our role

Kanha Safari Booking is an independent travel assistance service. We are not a government department, park authority or official safari permit portal. You may book available permits directly through the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department portal, and accommodation directly with the property or its official provider. Using our assistance is optional.

Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting a form, calling us or requesting a quote does not reserve a safari, room or vehicle. All arrangements depend on availability and the relevant provider's rules. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable provider issues a confirmation or permit and we share the confirmed details with you.

Price and payment

Displayed rates are indicative starting or quoted amounts and may change by date, park, visitor category, resort, occupancy or availability. Before requesting payment, we will provide a written quote showing the total payable, the included services and any applicable service, permit, vehicle, guide, room and meal charges. Review and accept the quote and cancellation terms before paying. This website's enquiry forms do not collect payments.

Safari permits and guest details

Safari permits are issued under the relevant Forest Department's rules. Availability, zone, reporting gate, entry time, vehicle and guide allocation are subject to the authority's process and your final permit. Provide accurate traveller names and identification details as required for booking and entry. Check the permit and follow the instructions issued for your safari.

Resorts and transfers

Room category, meal plan, check-in arrangements, transfer details and any extra charges should be checked in your written quote and the property's confirmation. Resort and transport availability can change until confirmed.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Permit, resort and transport changes or cancellations follow the applicable provider's rules and the terms given with your written quote. Government or provider charges may not be fully refundable after a booking is issued. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to request a cancellation and what happens if an arrangement cannot be confirmed.

Wildlife and park operations

No wildlife sighting is guaranteed. Weather, park closures and government orders may affect planned safaris. Any resulting change or refund will be handled under the applicable provider's rules and the terms shared before confirmation. There is no refund solely because an animal was not sighted on a safari that took place.
