Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before a booking is confirmed

Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking or a payment obligation. We will share the quoted total and the cancellation conditions for each proposed service in writing before requesting payment. The website does not accept online payments through its enquiry forms.

If we cannot confirm an arrangement

If you have paid us for an arrangement that we cannot confirm, we will tell you and offer an available alternative or a refund of the amount paid to us for that unconfirmed arrangement. We will not substitute a different park, date, room or safari round without your agreement.

If you cancel a confirmed safari

A confirmed safari permit is governed by the applicable Forest Department's current cancellation rules and deadlines. Portal, processing, vehicle, guide or other charges may be treated differently from the permit amount. We will tell you the applicable terms in your written quote before you confirm. Check the final permit for its issuing authority and rules.

If you cancel a confirmed resort or transfer

Each resort or transport provider sets its own amendment and cancellation conditions. We will share the relevant terms before you accept the booking. Any applicable service fee and its refund conditions will be identified in the written quote.

Park closures and changes

If weather, a park closure or a government order prevents a planned safari, we will explain the available options and the applicable authority's refund or rescheduling rules. A wildlife sighting is never guaranteed; a safari that took place is not refundable solely because a particular animal was not seen.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@kanhasafaribooking.com with your name, contact number, travel date and booking or quote reference. Please contact us promptly: the provider's cancellation deadlines may affect the refundable amount. We will confirm the applicable deduction, if any, and the method and expected timing of an approved refund in writing. Where possible, a refund is made back to the original payment method.
